The “A” in GFK4A stands for “Automatic”, which means the kit includes a thermostat sensor that provides hands free operation of the blower. When it senses that the fireplace has heated up, it turns the blower on. After you’ve shut off the fireplace, the fireplace will cool and the blower will turn off.
