This was liquidated from a local heating store that had retired. The box it was in was stored opened, and that resulted in this collecting a fair amount of dust. I cleaned most of the dust away, but there is still some in areas that were hard to get to. This does have some nicks, dings, and various other blemishes throughout. The instructions are included, although they are fairly worn down. Please look over the photos to get a better idea of the condition. If you are going to use the automatic feature, the heat sensor will have to detect heat to initiate, otherwise set to manual and the desired speed. I always use tracking numbers.
